Usually the players don't choose the order. The coach does. That's on Tite not Neymar.

I personally always wanted to go first and set the tone. When your team steps up and just gives the keeper no chance, it does mentally make a difference.

One thing I always thought would work for keepers, is to attempt to play to stop the trick PKs. If someone places it perfectly you are almost always NOT going to save it even if you guess right.
