Regardless of whether or not it should have been a PK, players shouldn't verbally harass, push and pull on the jerseys of the officiating crew after the match. Uruguay isn't the only team to have officiating decisions go against them.

Emotions get high, though. In my junior year in high school, our coach had to tackle one of our guys to keep him from attacking the ref. Ref ended the game 27 minutes early.

Horrible ref, but it wasn't a good look for us.

The Uruguay coach, FIFA officials and/or stadium/city security/police should have intervened to separate the Uruguay players from the referees. I'm kind of surprised Qatar and FIFA didn't have a contingency plan for this.
