Just forget the fact that the last time these two teams met, the Aggies left with a shocking overtime loss.

Both teams are currently sitting at .500. Rice is 6-6 on the season, but contrary to A&M, the Owls are riding a 4 game winning streak. However, that's against a slate of Conference USA teams, not SEC sides.

A&M just needs to stop the bleeding, while Rice is looking to make it 2 in a row against the Aggies and add some merit to their current winning streak.

This game will be more about the Aggies than their opponent. How will they prepare to respond to September disappointments? It shouldn't be a contest as A&M has superior talent, though especially with recent injuries and results, you can't discount any opponent. The Aggies need a few goals on Sunday to get their minds right as they continue through a really tough SEC schedule.
