To be fair, Kiwior looked significantly better today than his last outing. Maybe it was first game nerves (last outing) or maybe Chelsea just sucks but either way he looked like he may pan out.

Don't know if Sami is in the know. My thoughts on his comments...

- Targeting CB, DM & FW is both surprising & not at the same time. All are areas of need but it is surprising that there is no mention of LB (KT expected to leave) and CM (Ornstein has said that we are looking for DM & CM). Makes me wonder if things have changed regarding the current roster or if those other positions are currently in "wait & see" mode.
- I question the links to Diaby & Zaha. Zaha is too old and neither is versatile enough for my liking.
- This is the first time I've seen an "official" link to Lavia
- Think the Nelson "rejection" is intentionally worded poorly. Supposedly he really wants to stay. Hi rejection of our offer is most likely just a negotiation over money or playing time assurances.

I forget that you guys are new to the "run in Man City." Their squad depth makes it so they're head and shoulders above every team at this point in the season. They don't drop points. Sorry, friends.

Not new to it as we've watched you guys struggle with it, but definitely sucks now that we're on the receiving end. Like you said, their depth simply alleviates a ton of workload. They've also managed to go through this season with few injuries. Haaland usually missed at least 1.5 months each season with Dortmund. He's been perfect this year

Gonna be interesting to see how it plays out. I assume us and Chelsea are still the 2 biggest suitors for him. West Ham look like their going to survive this year and have his contract at 1 year + 1 year club option.

It could very well cost 100m to get him

News broke in the last couple of days that Real are close to a deal for Bellingham. City was considered the most likely EPL club in for him. With him out of the picture, City is now being linked to Rice. I don't think Chelsea will be a factor because Rice has made big deal about only wanting a CL team. That leaves City, ManU & Arsenal that are CL qualified, have the cash and likely won't run into FFP (Newcastle) issues. Not sure is ManU will have any interest but unless Rice refuses to sign with anyone but us, I don't see us getting into a bidding war with anyone. And I highly doubt he goes for 100m. That is excessive given the status of his contract. If they insist on that fee, I would rather go for Caicedo, Zubimendi or Lavia.

Much better Bellingham move to Real than citeh, even if does make things for Rice a little more complicated. Imo

Rumors floating around that our summer pot will be 150m + cash from outgoing sales. Most likely outgoings that would net us some cash right now are looking like...
