If you compare the standings on points dropped or gained vs a mythical "win all at home, draw all on the road" slate it would currently look like this.

Just like in the actual table a bit of a clear top 3 (top 4 have all played 3 home and 3 road, so its all basically the same). Jamaica is actually not far off of Panama. Jamaica has only had two home games out of 6 vs 3 or 4 for everyone else. El Salvador at the bottom of the table is only ahead of Honduras right now in the actual table because they are the beneficiary of the home schedule, having played only two away games.
