I'd argue it's good for the club too. Nothing is worse than the guy who's burnt out or lost the team or whatever and there's an ugly firing. This lets him leave on his terms and let's the club prepare.
Read a speculative article that says y'all might be interested in Nagelsmann. If Leipzig can keep him that long and he's good enough that y'all hire him, then it means the next few years will be fun for me, and I won't be too upset to see him move on to a better gig.
