Sure. Participants start the month clean-shaven then grow mustaches over the course of the month to raise awareness and funds for men's cancer research. "Movember" also emphasizes the importance of yearly male health checks to detect prostate and testicular cancers. All funds donated go directly to the Livestrong foundation and the Prostate Cancer Foundation. This is my first year to participate but more information can be found at movember . com.
