My goal for the week was to not lose money. Great success, despite losing my sure bets of Louisville, Tennessee, and UNC.

I was just going to sit on 60% of my money after winning $500k in the A&M game, which would have put me in first. But I talked myself into betting the rest of my money on the Saturday games and I dropped to third.

Now i need to go move some money I put on bad teams to try and tempt people to bet. I reread last year's competition where redd and cdub both got sandied on a bet like that and went from easy money to 1:45 odds.

Hey, if you were betting on the Georgia State - Idaho game, I just moved the odds from 2:1 to 27:1. Might want to move your money.

I think they call it "redding the bet." He can sway the lines with his millions.

Yep, I can only bet on games that have lots of action or I'll skew the odds too much.

I'm going to end up with $2,085,318. Just have to wait to see if that's enough.

I'm breaking even on the week. Played with $100,000 and didn't find much going my way.

I went 11-5 for the week, but lost my big one in Wisconsin. I thought it was in the bag in the first half.

So how did you do?

In last place, we have jeffk. He was the only one who lost money this year. He's also the only one who has coached football. Somehow, he still lost $22,511. Not bad, for a loser.

Next we have Smith&Co. He vanished after the first week. Somehow, he still made $8,886. Not bad, for a quitter.

Then there was gigemnick. So much promise! He lead! He was up there! He started from the bottom, then made his way back down. Somehow, he still made $30,320. Not bad, for a guy who likes cats.

Next up, titanmaster_race. A late comer, he quick rose in the ranks. Somehow, he still made $47,223. Not bad for a titan master race. Is that racist?

Then, the brother, Cdub. Only one week of 1st. Last years champ, this years 2nd loser. Somehow, he still made $101,452. Not bad, for a guy who also likes cats.

2nd place, Pro Sandy. Never led, but had a lot of last place finished. Somehow, he still made $134,583. Not bad, for a guy who lost all his money 6 times.

The champ, the new leader, the 1%, REDD38! He led in week 2 then lost all his money. Somewhere around week 7, he figured out he was suppose to bet on winners. Somehow, he still made $1,955,318. Not bad, for a winner.

I am shamed. Good game all.

At least I don't like cats.

So far today, I've been wished Happy Birthday through TexAgs, Snapchat, Facebook, Twitter, Google Chat and Text (as well as in person). There are so many options nowadays.

My favorite, though, was back in Words With Friends' heyday, I received a Happy Birthday in the in-game chat. So personal.
