ibrahimovic... where are the ibra apologists to justify this move?

absolutely pathetic that they would consider spending $200 million ($150 transfer, $40 salary) in 1 year for just 1 player who is way overrated.

i wish we all could stop driving less and put the squeeze on all these idiots and their dirty oil money. i hope i see it in my lifetime.

After this buying spree they are going on, what is going to happen to all those players who don't make Mancini's 25 player cut? Some teams are going to get good players on the discount when they request to be moved...

Mancini said they arnt going to sign anyone after Milner and Mario.

maybe, but i don't really think barca want him. they have enough help on the wings that i don't think barca even need his services.

perhaps now they go after cesc with more money if in fact man city set the new world transfer record for ibra.

As an aside, I love how people are crapping their pants on the Milner and Balotelli buys. Milner's good but like all English talent, is severely overvalued. Balotelli is highly overrated.

not really sure that milner is overrated. that might be exaggerating a bit. if you said he is overvalued, then i could agree with that. he is rightfully valued at that price, though. he is easily villa's best player and can play multiple positions.
