I'm looking for someone to sublease...we have a 4/2.5 bedroom house with a awesome, roomy backyard that is out of the country. It is a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath, master bedroom, good roomates. This is availabe immediatly when school is let out in May through August 20th so it would be perfect for someone doing summer school. $320 a month + 1/4 bills. House is perfectly located for those who like partying or those who enjoy the quiet, located just outside the city limits off of 2818 and wellborn and is only a 5 min. drive from a&m campus. Room is fully furnished with queen size pillow top, huge desk, private master bathroom, two large closets. Can be either M/F, but other roommates are male.

there is going to only be two here for the summer, maybe even less than that...I can let you know when the summer gets closer if that helps you
