This is the Keysight Education Model. It has the same layout/screens as the more expensive models, built in signal generator, Bode, etc. They cost $977 + $147 (tariffs) from Keysight. Specs wise, there are better deals going with the Chinese stuff, but in my experience some of those can be a little difficult if you do not already know what you are doing or don't use a scope often. We used HP/Agilent on campus so Keysight just seemed more intuitive for me. Your milage may vary.
It is used but fully functional and good condition. Comes with power cable but no probes. Located in CS. $500 obo.
