Looking to start making fresh milled flour and looking for a mill. I prefer a stone mill, but would consider an impact mill. MockMill, Nutrimill, Komo Mill - or perhaps another brand I don't know of - https://mockmill.us/product/mockmill-100-stone-grain-mill/

Let me know if you have one you no longer use!

8 three 2 - seven eight 8 - 9 zero 55 (I'm located in Round Rock)

6,000 SF Specialty Building
The Bohuslav Feed Mill has been manufacturing and producing agricultural products and feed since 1947. Originally founded in 1946 as a General Store and Gas Station, the Bohuslav Family purchased it in 1947 and expanded it to include a cotton gin and corn mill. It operated in that capacity until the late 1980s, and the Feed Mill and Store are still in operation today, providing all of your agricultural needs. Ideally located at the intersection of FM 532 and FM 1295 in Lavaca County, this area is rich in the cattle and farming industry, and agriculture has been and continues to be a large part of the way of life for the surrounding communities and the local economy. The mainstay of the property is the feed mill building which is approximately 6,000 SF under roof with concrete floors and includes a Fords feed mill manufactured by Myers Sherman Co. in Streator, Illinois 1956. The mill has been overhauled and is well maintained. The Mill building also includes 7-2019 hopper bottom bins/tanks (3-2000 Bushel & 4-1000 Bushel with leg spouting and dust collection.) and is also connected to a 50,000 bushel (48 ft, 8 ring) corrugated steel grain bin by overhead auger. The other 2 significant assets to the property are the liquid fertilizer station with 5 fiberglass storage tanks with load out system and the 3000 sq ft store, originally the start of the landmark operation back in 1946. The sale includes the full-time business, working inventory and commodities in storage. This is a unique opportunity for a new owner.

following out of curiosity. I got a KitchenAid grain mill to process mesquite beans into flour and it does an OK job, but is very tedious.

Not selling but wife bought a Mockmill200 about 5 months ago and has loved it. Fresh milled just tastes better.

Look for a Wondermill; it's what we use.

It's about $300-350 and can turn 6 cups of wheat berries into 9 cups of fresh-milled flour in about 45-60 seconds...

This is how we started and it took FOREVER (like 10 minutes for 1-2 cups) and it nearly burned out our kitchen aid motor (was smoking and overheating); that's when we switched to a Wondermill

Not trying to derail: do you process mesquite flour? It's something I really want to try but don't want to waste money or time on things that don't work on that.

Never tried mesquite flour.... never heard of it honestly

Edit: but good gosh, at $17 / lb maybe I should be grinding it and selling! Wowza

I have about half a pound that I processed. It has a very high sugar content so doesn't substitute equally with wheat flour.

I made 'pecan sandies" with it for Christmas and they were excellent. Typically use the full amount of AP flour about 20% of that quantity in mesquite flour.

It's supposed to be gluten free (not that I care but). I definitely would like to experiment with the mesquite and honey. I've had some jelly made from boiled mesquite beans and honey and it is amazing but would like to try the flour out for some things. I just know the beans are supposed to be on the extremely tough side.
