I bought this car in 2017 from a Houston area dealership, and am the 2nd owner. I've got all service records from my time owning it as well. This is still probably the favorite truck I've had, but I've been gifted my dad's truck as he's not able to drive as much anymore, so it doesn't make a lot of sense to keep it.

Over the last few years the A/C condenser and compressor has been replaced, the turbo has been replaced, as well as the DEF pump. Bearings and hubs have been replaced as needed over the years as well.

For the age, the truck still looks pretty good in my opinion and those of my 14 year old son and his friends. He's still upset with me that I'm not keeping this for him to be his first truck.

The bad: Currently the ABS/electronic which in my initial research it could be due to faulty sensors or the ABS module. There is about a 3 or 4" dent on the back corner of the truck where I hit it on our travel trailer when backing it into a tight spot. This happened about a year after I bought the truck and I just never bothered to fix it. It hasn't rusted or anything and barely had any paint removed. It's probably due for some new shocks/springs in the front relatively soon. I've knocked about $4,000 off the KBB price to account for these things.

I have an offer in hand from Carvana that I'm willing to take next week, but I would prefer to see it go to another Ag, if it's of interest to anyone and will work on price. If you reach out please let me know you saw on TexAgs.

I have clean title in hand and ready to go.

Carvana offer isn't $20,000, otherwise, yes I'd take it and be done with it.

Do you have a photo of the travel trailer dent? Would you please describe the ABS symptoms a little further?

It's just basically the ABS/Traction Control lights being on. There are no symptoms, outside of the cruise control not being available, and I've driven the truck for quite a while as those lights have been on. From my basic research it sounds like one of the wheel sensors being a problem, or something like a bad front hub bearing. Here is a picture of the dent, it's most noticeable when looking right at it and not really from the side or rear view of the truck, which is why I never bothered repairing.

Thanks, yeah I actually like the look of it better than the Silverado I'm going to be taking. I've got an appointment setup for Carvana to pick it up on Friday, but would work with someone off of here if interested.

ABS lights might be as simple as wheel speed sensors.

Is the 17.3mpg listed on the dash your normal fuel mileage. I ask because 2007 my 5.9 gets about 24, but it's mostly highway. Not sure I want to tackle 25% more in annual fuel costs.

Yes, that's what it is with minimal highway driving here recently, mostly just in and around town to and from baseball practices and games, other activities and errands. It gets 21 or 22 plus mpg on highway if I remember correctly

I am interested - I'm in Sugar Land near Houston - I'll be towing a large boat 10K+ with it as well as a commute vehicle. Do you think it can handle a 14K pull?

I've got a near exact same truck (2014 Ram Cummins, but 2WD). Oh yeah, no worries, it'll tow it. I have a 10,000# toy hauler and there are no issues.

I've never towed anything that heavy, but it's rated for more than that. I have towed our 33' with 1 super slide travel trailer all around the country with it in the summers and you don't even know it's back there.
