Great deal and not even broken in yet. We love our 2022 GX! Somone is going to be really happy they bought this.

Was maintenance done at Lexus or are there any details on what has been done / replaced?

It has no recalls and it's not due for anything you listed. I have a carfax available if you would like to email me.
It is my wife's vehicle but I can sell extended warranties via my dealership if those items are a concern.
I didn't bother with a warranty.
Is the valley plate an issue on the 4.6L V8? I know that it's a concern on the 5.7L.Sazerac said:

Yes. I've had it fixed on my '12.
I've heard they fixed the gasket in '19+ so should reduce issues?
The thinking is coolant turns acidic and the gasket they were using breaks down. Certainly going to change coolant more often in my vehicles moving forward based on this.

This keeps teasing me...been debating on replacing our 2012 highlander with a used GX460, 4Runner or another Highlander in this 2019-2021 range. I think I still need another year or so since we are a cash only family when it comes to buying cars.

Thanks for the note. Pretty unlikely at this point but it's being considered.
It has been a mostly flawless vehicle, so the idea of moving on makes me a bit apprehensive. Since I am over a decade behind the new technology in today's vehicles, it all makes me nervous when this boring drive train I have works perfectly. Probably why I would eventually target a boring 4Runner or splurge on a somewhat less boring 460.
