If anyone is needing large landscaping stone for a project or a wash out I am looking to get rid of the stone around the house. I am in the Georgetown area and will help you load them.

PM or email OXDL45 @ yahoo for additional details.

Just curious about the time frame. Limestone rock is pretty useful for projects but loading it in the August sun is a bit different than in October.

No immediate rush on my end. If it is still available then you can certainly have as much as you need.

May we see what you have planned as a replacement?

I assume extracting that will require a backhoe, correct?

Plan is to remove them, place some soil and let the grass grow. Eventually I'll drop some wildflower seeds in the area for growth during the spring. Just want a cleaner look to match the rest of the yard.

I removed a short segment by hand and a shovel. It was all hand placed there originally. Depending on how much you take, you will need a SUV, truck, or a trailer.

There are definitely faster ways of doing it but it is doable with some muscle power.

We are moving up there later this month. Will revisit thread if nobody else claims the material.

I've picked up free rock before and each time it was me spending an afternoon hand loading and unloading a16' utility trailer with a couple of tons of rock. It's hard work but can be done by hand.
