The framing on my home was recently completed and I have several extra I-Joists.
I purchased them for $10 per foot from Builders First Source, but they don't accept returns on i-joists.
I will sell the I-Joists for $5 per foot.
Below is a rough list of the I joists that I have available.
Two - 24foot long by 18"
Two - 12 foot long by 18"
One - 20 foot long by 14"
Nine - 5 1/2 foot long by18"

Wow. That quite a mistake in building a house

I did not do the math but is that like 1500-2000 dollars of overordering

The lvl and ijoist package with hangers was close to 30k, so it's not quite as bad as it initially seems. The majority of overage is due to the engineer error. There are two sets of stairs and they didn't remove the ones in those spaces from the package. But, what's done is done, so if anyone can use some or all of them, let me know and I will make you a deal. Thanks!
