My son purchased a new truck and is cleaning up this rig to sell. It has ~350K miles. We purchased it from the original owner who said ford rebuilt the transmission at 100K due to manufacturer problem. My son has had this for approximately 4-5 years and we have changed out various parts such as water pump, radiator, brakes, u-joints and carrier bearings, differential fluid, etc. It is an old truck, but would be a good ranch truck or maybe a first vehicle for someone. It has heavy duty bumpers, grille guards and possibly a headache rack to go with it. It has a few drips, but starts up every time. I'm putting this out there to gauge interest. Let me know and I can text or email pics upon request. Anderson/BCS area

$5000
The Good
1. Changed Water pump and degas bottle around 20K miles
2. New batteries in 23'
3. New ICP sensor in 23'
4. New brakes on all 4 wheels- 30K miles
5. New drive shaft u-joints, carrier and pinion yoke ( seal and fluid changed)
6. New steering gear box ~25K miles
7 Previous owner changed radiator
8. Aftermarket Heavy duty front and rear bumpers
9. Aftermarket headache rack with light bar
10. Starts and runs reliably and drives very well
11. New alternator in 22'
12. AC and heat works pretty well
The Bad
1. Dash face is cracked and has been pieced together- could be replaced
2. Seats have been under covers, but the driver seat has slight tears on the edges.
3. There are some oil leaks on the block. Some may be coming from the valve covers and some may be coming from the dipstick tube nut
4. Every so often, my son says he has to add transmission fluid. The dipstick is loose and he believes it needs to be fixed where it enters the transmission pan. They are a known problem.
5. Tires still have tread, but will need new tires in the next 10K miles
6. Paint and body are ok, but they have their share of bumps and bruises.
7. The accelerator pedal is missing -bought it this way
8. Will start in extreme cold, but doesn't like it. My son says it does a lot better if he plugs it in.
9. Also in extreme cold, the Oil cooler will leak momentarily until the engine warms a bit
10. Fuel gauge stopped working- probably needs a new sending unit
11. Tail gate works, but could use a little TLC
