I've purchased about a dozen phones from swappa.com. Lots of refurbishment companies sell on that site as well as private. I ususally go with a reputable dealer on that site.

Thx. Ended up finding a local store who sells reconditioned phones and has a 6 month warranty. Gave me more than I thought I'd get from my old phone.
