Is this a good camera to photograph my daughter's club volleyball games? I know very little about photography other than some basics like Aperture, shutter speed, and ISO.

This may be too much camera for me. Just curious.

the camera and lens along are worth $1,200 new.

You will likely need a faster lens for indoor volleyball, but it is a well priced package.

The EOS RP is not the best in class for high shutter speed stuff like sports, but it does work pretty well. Best mirrorless camera in this lower budget class for higher shutter speed stuff like sports IMO is going to be the Sony A series.

I will say that I was able to get pretty good wildlife stuff with this camera and lenses including some moving animals. It is fantastic for things like landscape and other nature stuff. I'll post some examples when I get the chance.
