Located in Montgomery, TX. Gator Pit of Houston smoker is 1/4" thick wall pipe with a 24" x 60 " main cooking chamber and a full-size heat deflector/baffle to minimize hot spots. Main chamber has two angle-framed sliding pull-out food trays and a 2" brass ball valve commercial grade grease drain. Side-access door provides access to the charcoal grate to easily add charcoal during long cooks. All doors have 1" flanges on all sides for a tight seal and stainless steel cool-touch handles. Main chamber has dual stainless steel 3"-dial easy-to-read temperature gauges.
1/4" x 24" x 24" round firebox, removable angle framed wood/charcoal grate, adjustable air vents, fully flanged door with stainless steel cool-touch handle. Full-length angle-framed front and side wrap-around shelf extends over the firebox for stove-top like cooking. Lower log rack is framed in 2" angle iron for extra strength. Pit is equipped with two heavy-duty rigid hard wheels and two heavy-duty swivel hard wheels for mobility.
Birdhouse smoke stack w/stainless cool touch handle. All food trays are framed in 3/4" angle and are sliding for extra strength.
Ash rake with two stainless steel cool-touch handles, fire poker with stainless steel cool-touch handles and rear storage hanger for both.
Six years old. Brand new cost was $4,200. 96" L x 34" W x 72" H. Approx. 1200 lbs.
