My understanding is that these are the exact same rifles (except the markings are slightly different) that passed the Texas D.P.S. torture test and is now being issued to Texas troopers.

Reading the testing guidelines, it says that each rifle is tested. And each test looks like it is nearly 1,000 rounds.

So is this unfired, or is it tested? Hard to tell from the specsheet.

I can build a better rifle than that for less even with the prices as of today, you people are really pathetic.... Calm down and quit throwing gasoline on the fire....

Prices will go down, no ban will pass and the supply will catch up with demand, just quit feeding the fire dammit!

Not sure why you give a ****, I paid 3500 for an RRA tac-op 2 and 1000 rounds, and not 1 **** was given

15 minutes - those rounds were put through the specific guns used for testing in trying to get the contract with DPS. I purchased this one new and have never fired it. It still has the inventory sticker on the trigger guard.

Yemtig - Move on if you aren't interested. Some do not believe a ban will take place. I never thought Obamacare would pass, I never thought the SOB would be reelected and I never thought the republicans would roll over so quick on taxes vs entitlements. These are different times. There is a reason it says OBO.

I would take $1800. To some there is value in avoiding the risk of a ban, avoiding standing in line at 4:00 a.m., and avoiding paperwork.
