3 Cans of Lime Juice Concentrate, Dilute As directed, Add 1 Cup of Sugar, 1 can Orange liquor, 2 cans Tequila. Easy as hell, best margarita's ever. I have never served these w/o somebody asking for the recipe.

I can't wait to try Fido's recipe. Here is what I've always done:

1 part Gold Tequila
1 part Silver Tequila
1 part Triple Sec (same as orange liquor)
2 parts pure squeezed lime juice (alot of work, but worth it)

Use a ratio of: 1 lime juice, 1 water, 1 tequila, 1 quantro and sweeten to taste with either sugar or triple sec.
Poot into glass and add a squeese of lime juice on top.

Enjoy.

If you have electricity and an ice cream freezer, here is my foolproof bestest margarita recipe.

1 can lemonade
1 can pink lemonade

from the lemonade can, add:
1 can triple sec
1 can tequila

1 12 oz. beer

fill to line with water and then turn on freezer. Keep iced and salted until mixture becomes firm (30-45 minutes).

You will not be disappointed. I have used this recipe on rookies & veterans many times and they all say that they are restaurant quality tequilas.

WARNING: if you try to add extra tequila and triple sec for more potency, the mix will not set, so you will need to add more lemonade.

I agree with using fresh Lime Juice, but for tailgating too hard to make. Fido has the best receipe (Although too much Sugar for my taste).
The most important item no one has mentioned is the Tequila. Patron Silver has a unique taste (I prefer the most). If you have a ton of people, this may be too expensive. Cheaper alternatives in order: Silver Tres Generations, Don Eduardo, Silver Sauza. If you use anything cheaper (Don't mention Jose) don't make margarita's...

I have a secret recipe that has never got a bad response. Everyone loves it...

Pour 1 can Frozen Minute Maid Lime Juice into Pitcher,
Fill that can back up with preferred Tequila, pour,
1 12 oz sprite,
1 12 oz Corona.
If you want more just literally double or triple it. I've made it about a dozen times and everytime EVERYBODY wants to know how to make it. They will catch up on you, but they are great.

YOU'RE WELCOME!!!!!!!!!1

Orange Liquer: Grand Mariner > Cointreau > Patron Citronage > Triple Sec

Just depends on how much you want to spend

FYI - My recipe does end up VERY sweet. I don't really drink margaritas so this tends to be how the girls like them. I'd start with 1/4 - 1/2c sugar and work your way up. Come to think of it, I also hold back 1-2 cans of the H2O and add more to taste as well

What's the deal with beer in the margaritas? That just sounds wrong to me.

They sounded horrible to me too. I refused to try them the first time my fiancee made them. So I lied they are her secret recipe...Busted!!
Finally I gave them a chance and they are bad ass!!! I saw a Grandma puke from too many!!!! Also they are a lot better in the Summer by the pool.

Aside from the respective Hottie threads, this is by FAR the best of the season.

Even Fran is a better coach after a couple margaritas.

And mine:
1 part squeezed lime juice
1 part squeezed orange juice
1 part SILVER 100% agave tequila
1 part Cointreu
a little soda water

I blend all of that together and store; then make the margarita's by blending 6 oz with ice.

Kinda similar to Ag Man's:

Just remember: 4 x 12 oz.:

12 oz. frozen limeade concentrate
12 oz. (good) light tequila
12 oz. 7-Up
12 oz. Tecate

Mix all in a blender (or stir in a pitcher).

Absolutely the BEST!!

I like the frozen Bacardi margarita mix cans. 1 can of mix, 1/2 can of tequila, lots of ice and blend it. Very easy, very tasty.

Patron is too good for margaritas.

Patron is for drinking straight.

this is more of an upscale recipe usually only used in restaurants and stuff but if you want a really good margarita it is delicious....

2 parts tequilla to 1 part triple sec.... fill glass (or pitcher, or whatever) with equal parts of margarita mix, orange juice, and a splash of pineapple juice...

This recipe is good:

For a 1 blender batch

5 shots tequila of your choice, white (blue agave) is best for margaritas.

2 shots of Blue Curaçao Liqueur

2 shots Orange liquer Conterouy

1/2 HEB lime aid concentrate

Add about 1/2 cup of water

Fill the blender with ice and you are good to go

Drink.

If you like Trudy's Tex-a-tini

2 parts 100% agave Tequilla
1 part Cointreau
1/2 part fresh lime juice
1/2 part simple syrup (dissolve 2 parts H20, 1 part sugar)
1/2 - 3/4 part OJ

made a big pitcher full, poured into salt rimmed martini glasses, garnished with a jalapeno stuffed olive.

It was a little strong, but pretty close to a dead ringer.

Cuervo Gold pre made are actually pretty good if you do not want to mix them. My wife and some of my buddies wives love them.

I'm going to try Fido's, this one is easy:

1 can of frozen lime juice
1 (same can) full of Tequila
1 (same can) full of Triple Sec
Ice
Blend
Enjoy
