I watched him in HS when I was like 8 and I know he went to A&M, but I was wondering how did he do here? What did people think of him? Was he any good?

I remember going to the '97 Iowa State game the year after I graduated and he got a stinger in the back of his neck. He went down face first to the turf and we all thought he was dead.

Other than that I don't remember him doing much, perhaps the Trent Driver of his era?

He had a "good career" but not a stellar one.

The #2 ranked player coming out of high school behind Warren..............for a 5 star he would have to be considered an under-acheiver.

Was him that dropped a sure-fire INT for a TD when it hit him right in the hands against FSU in '98?

He had an okay career here. I think he was cut by the redskins (undrafted).

I had a class with him, and he used to draw pictures of football helmets the whole time. That is all.

I was at that game. I remember how long it took them to cart him off the field. I certainly thought it was something more than a stinger, thank goodness it wasn't.

I remember reading the Websider (when it was the good Ol' Army Websider..not the crap it is today) when we recruiting him. Thanks dude, I feel really, REALLY old now.

Bring back this classic logoand this classic rival!!

pretty sure that stinger was not him, it was chris thierry

back on bradley, that guy could really play. he laid people out back in his LaMarque days. I remember, he was considered the 2nd best LBer coming out of high school--second to lavar arrington.

anyway, he probably played his best ball sophomore year (think we won the big 12 that year) partly b/c he completed a very salty LBing crew...he played great in the championship game and well all year.

unfortunately, injuries started to really hurt him. I think it was his shoulder/elbow that just got messed up and he wasnt quite as good/fast anymore.

Bradley was a very talented guy who played as a freshman.

He had all the potential in the world and was a good solid player...but never reached the level we expected.

I think nagging injuries had a part in it.

It was Thierry, not Bradley, who got hurt in the Iowa State game.

He's a scout for the 49ers now.

I roomed with Roylin for a semester my sophomore year (spring of '02).

During a scrimmage (in the spring, I belive) blew his knee out. His best friend, Chris Taylor, made a cut and when he tried to cut it went kaboom.

He signed as a FA with the Eagles (in '01) then with the Seahawks (in '01) then with the Saints in '02. He is on the Eagles in Madden '02 and tore me up as himself when we played.

He didn't make it in the NFL but finished up his degree and, as mentioned above, is one of the youngest scouts in the NFL. I actually saw him with a stopwatch in a picture of one of our players during last year's Pro Day.

He was a really down to earth, cool guy.

oh, by the way....he is 6th All-Time on the Aggie career sack list. Not too shabby for an underachiever at a school with lists of legendary LBers.

I remember him being a very good college player. Like many, didn't have the combination of health, size, pure instincts and/or raw athleticism to make it in the NFL. Glad to hear he got his degree and is still involved in the game.

I bought Roylin's helmet when the athletic department sold off the helmets that year. Well, I THINK it was his helmet because it had #40 written inside. The helmet has a white face mask but looks slightly different from the one in picture, so I don't know...

Does the athletic department still sell off the helmets every year?

Roylin was a good football player at A&M. His knee injury hurt his explosion and changed up his game. Plus they moved him to DE that wasn't the greatest move for him. He put up good numbers in college. And yes that Donovan Green's cousin. His youngest is going to be a special talent as well. That's his championship pic for 7u basketball. He will play multiple sports like we did growing up. Football, basketball, baseball, track

Bradley was on the field with a couple of notable LBs, a fellow name Dat and the other was Warrick Holdman. It was an incredible group of backers. If you want to look up the 98 Nebraska game you can see the whole squad play am incredible ballgame.

Yes, I remember Roylin being a very good player. He was so dominant in HS but was a different player for A&M. Very solid.
