Also, making the point that this was done very sloppily, from keeping paper trails of this stuff to letting a relatively new employee like aggiegrant's girlfriend handle the payroll checks.

The only thing he didn't point out and hammer home is if this whole operation is as sloppy as he speculated, how can you figure someone attached to OU wouldn't have known/noticed?
