I bet against Texas last night and was pretty excited to tell everyone at my local bar that texas was gonna get their arse kicked. But as I am watching the game, deep-down inside, i am rooting for young to tear apart usc. Anyone else feel the same?

I would love to see tu lose, but in reality I don't really much care if they do win.
father in law and uncle went to tu. don't want to see them sad because I really like them and know they won't give me **** if they win. Still would prefer a SC win.

Fran has to win 9 or 10 games this year or he's gone. That's about the right amount of heat IMHO.

I've heard people rationalize that they are rooting for the state of Texas against the state of California, but I don't see how a real Ag can see those helmets, those uniforms, McBrown, their band, and their fans and not well up with hate.

I agree with 87. I also hate to root for anything from Cali. But it's better than the alternative... by far.
