This is from the TexAgs home page, so no surprise to anyone here (and please spare me the "thanks for yesterday's news" cliches). It appears this inquiry is going to be led by Joe Barton, who I seem to recall is an Aggie.
I'm not sure why Congress thinks they have a play in this (despite the argument presented in the article), much the same as I don't understand what play they have in MLB. I truly believe that if the fans have enough of a problem with the way things are being done, quit spending your dollars and your energy on these activities, and force MLB, NCAA, etc etc to change based on a drop in revenue. Keep the government out of these things!
