When I was a cadet it was always motivational for me to do my outfit yell... it pumps you up and fills you with pride. It also reminds you where your loyalties lie...
I was just thinking, I know most football teams do the huddle and bounce to get pumped, but what if...
...the coaches picked a player each week (maybe the 12th man?) or whomever worked the hardest in practice to lead the yell?
At least then they would feel more connected with the students (through use of similar traditions) and they could make fish do it to remind them where they come from... etc...
