Willie Zapalac, Sr. was an Aggie RB and was drafted in 1942 by the Los Angeles Dons and later was an assistant coach at t.u. His son, Willie Jr. played LB for t.u. and was drafted in the fourth round by NY Jets and played in seasons '71-'73
