The game is at 6pm. There is a cold front coming through at noon. There will be a drop in temps with a breeze. Not sure how that dictates 3hrs in the blazing heat.
Hey, newsflash: This isn't the midwest or the northeast. A "cold front" in Texas means the temperature will dip into the high 80s. From 6-8pm the sun will still be out. If you were on the alumni side in the shade, it might be comfortable.

And geez...would you take your child to the park for 3 hours while there was music blasting in his ears at 100db the entire time? Then why would you take him/her to a football stadium for 3 hours with a roaring crowd?

Fran Da Man, you've obviously got issues to be so unpleasant on this thread. People can DO what ever they want, but to go through life ignoring the experiences of those who go before you is ignorant. (This applies to much more than football games.)

Oh, and as to some of your other comments. I gave up my 50yd line seats for the '98 Nebraska game to take my (then) 6 year old son to his Indian Guide campout. He remembers little of the camp of course, but over the course of his lifetime it's these little things that build memories. Now, as to your remembering things from 3 years old. Sorry, no. Other then a few "mental snapshots" what you probably have is "memories of memories" generated by photos, family home movies and rembrances from your parents/siblings.

Lighten up a little. I've no doubt that virtually every parent here is a pretty darn good parent.

He went to the Wyoming game and loved it AGAIN, but didn't take him to the Clemson game and he was SO UPSET.

Sounds like YOU are the selfish one! I would rather spend quality time with my son

My 3 year old already knows the entire Aggie War Hymn and he has the BIGGEST smile on his face every time he signs it! He LOVES the Aggie Band and the CD is a requirement for the Suburban any time we go out.

It's like a mix between John Kerry and Earl Woods.

"Set it straight, Buster. I'm not here to say "please." I'm here to tell you what to do. And if self-preservation is an instinct you possess, you better do it and do it quick. I'm here to help. If my help's not appreciated, lotsa luck gentlemen."
