On the following 12th Man Website it lists back to back away games in Austin against Texas. Has anyone else noticed this? Why are we going to Austin in 27 and 28?

What website were you looking at? It shows them alternating. Plus our future SEC schedules have been known for a long time now. If we were playing them in Austin back to back, there would have been 500 threads a day about it.
