Howdy! I'm a Texas A&M freshman trying to get my footing in the door of the catering world, and I'm looking to cook for an Aggie tailgate for the Tennessee game. Can cook at your tailgate so you get to enjoy the yummy aromas. I won many awards in high school competitions and in some adult competitions. At this time, I am offering to cook brisket or pulled pork. I can also make sides and dessert, like banana pudding. Whether you're hosting a small group of friends or a larger tailgate, I'd be happy to discuss a menu and put together a fairly cheap price for your group since I'm still trying to get my footing locally. I have been barbecuing for almost 4 years now, I've competed in competitions and won, and I have great feedback, needless to say I can make a good cut of meat.
