And Minchey was better than Reed in our game against UK.

Surprised Minchey isn't higher considering how he torched us. Just another data point on how dismal this team is. We made the worst QB in the SEC look really good.

The myth that Uk is a good team to make us feel better. They will not even win half of their SEC games.

Lsu is not a very good team- we just suck that bad. UGA might beat us 77-0 if we played them.

I'm confused about how Minchey is lower. He has more yards, more touchdowns, fewer interceptions and a higher completion percentage than Reed.

Ark will score 28+ pts. If we win it is a shootout. The defense is toast. Give up big runs up the middle over and over kills any defensive schemes or players u have.

I watched the film guy do out game and the ut/UT game. It is all about the defensive line.

Our line gets pushed 2 yards downfield and the only decision the RB has is which hole to take. ut line pushed a yard into the backfield and closes any holes while setting the edge.

Watch the film guy and it is this simple.

How the heck is Minchey behind Marcel? Mickey has a 68% completion % with 8 TDs and 1 interception.

Man I can't believe I'm saying this but this proves to me that Elko is not the guy.

His strength is supposed to be defense and we got torched by the worst QB in the SEC.

His first year, we went 8-4 because his defense could not stop South Carolina and a terrible Auburn team. The offense did enough in those games. Our defensive coach cannot shut down bad offenses, if they have a decent QB. He couldn't stop USC in the bowl game either.

Last year Auburn, Missouri had no passing game and were one dimensional. The offense beat Arky, Norte Dame and South Carolina. We let tu have their best rushing game of the year to lose that one.

What is Elko doing? And now our offense sucks too?

LSU looks pretty good for a team with a brand new coach and roster. They lost in a hornets nest on the 4 yard line.

They're a good team. Not great but pretty good. Kiffin is in year one. They're gonna be a big problem for everyone they play.

Atm isn't playing very good but you don't have to lie about the opponent to dump on the Aggies. Atm has more talent than what we've shown. I think Elko can get it turned around.

No we were not. Please shut up with this narrative that our haters started.

We do suck now but we put 13-15 guys in the nfl last year. We were a very solid team that could have been better if Reed had been a little more consistent.

We should have learned from Mike Sherman. We didn't. (Though I don't think it's a good comparison with his relative success with Green Bay, but whatever.)

We should have learned from failures in extending contracts. We didn't.

Based on past behavior, I think we can say with confidence to expect 2.5, maybe 3 years, with Elko and average to below average output before moving on. Basically, a repeat of the past two decades, nearly three, of failed expectations.

What should be happening is an evaluation of coaches who have a knack for consistently turning teams around, maintaining success, and winning where ever they go.

And when that person becomes available pursue him immediately.

Maybe if that makes you feel better but he was very solid, especially for a redshirt sophomore through 10, games.

Sadly he fell apart after that South Carolina game

But go look at sayin and chambliss numbers compared to Reed's against Miami. Not far off considering the amount of hate Reed received while the other 2 were praised in the off season. It's all unfair and it got to Reed and he has regressed to awful sadly.

With that said, in 2025. We were a very good team and Reed was a good QB.

Reed was a mediocre QB, but better than this year. The YAC by our two NFL level receivers made him look a lot better than he was.

reed has always been inaccurate. defenses have adjusted and exposed him. instead of rising to the challenge, he folded. He has become the $3 million dollars failure.

Bama at Bama is upcoming!

tu will do their very best to embarrass us at home to destroy our recruiting class. (This will result in the cost of doing business skyrocketing, as the BMAs will have to overpay even more for average talent to come to Aggieland.)

Bottom line… our coaching staff will be or should be fighting like hell to save their coaching careers because if this season gets as ugly as it potentially could, their careers will be heavily impacted. Reed will ride off in the sunset with his retirement all set.

his last game it was a 8.7 and against Bama it was a 7.6. that seems WAY off

especially since he ranks #34 in passer efficiency

Mediocre when running. As a pocket passer he's Sam Houston energy.

He was 19/25 for 177 yards and a TD. Not stellar stats, but they ran for 400 yards, so they didn't need his arm. Somehow that translates to an 8.7 QBR. Makes no sense at all

This makes even less sense. Reed was 10/26 for 106 0TDs and 1 INT against LSU. QBR: 31.3

Something is wrong in their algorithm.
