Had you told this to be before the game, I would have thought it was an easy win..

We started the game running the ball effectively. Then we decided to go pass happy. This is the first question I'd ask Elmo in the presser. Why did we do that? It made literally no sense.

I noticed several times where the hole was there, I mean big time there, and our RBs took the wrong lane and had to bounce back
Seemed that was 80% of the problems with this team, mental errors

OL was fine. Edwards and Owens combined for 102 yards on 23 carries. That's not world beating but remember, there were no explosive plays, so the yardage was consistent; Edwards average 5.6 and only had 5 of the carries; and once again, Owens left a TON of yardage on the field due to stumbles and bumbles, zero cutback ability, and slow so so slow.

OL was better but Reed was the worst he's been since a starter.

then add in the fact that was our worst defensive showing in a very long time.

Crazy how our weakest link got stronger yesterday while every other position group regressed immensely.

Busseys loss will be huge. Versitle weapon. I dont think we have anybody that can fill his shoes at this point.

Edwards got injured, but look good before then. Owens looked much better. When you get down 21, you don't run as much.
