Mond wasn't perfect but he got the job done. We won an Orange Bowl with him.

I'd take Mond over Reed in a heartbeat, and I was never really a Mond fan
This is stupid. Mond wasn't gonna win a Heisman, but he was a very serviceable starter. We'd have at least won a playoff game last year. This year we'd be undefeated still, and a very top line title contender. We probably would have won the SEC last year too.
In the day of NIL, there is ZERO reason for a coach to be loyal to a player- especially a QB. A QB is 100 percent going to transfer if another school makes a big offer. And everyone would totally accept that as his right.

I'm not debating Reed is better than Mond. Just saying these coaches need to move on when the planned QB isn't working out. And will be their downfall. Especially in the NIL age, no excuses.

Mond won an Orange Bowl in his last season, so kind of worked out in that situation
Reed and Elko need to go. We are stuck with Elko for a few years.
