You know why he was worse and worse as this game went on? I mean, as opposed to the first two games?

Because the level of competition was much better.

People need to learn to factor that into their analysis. Competition matters. This stuff doesn't exist in a vacuum.

Remember that next year when we start off the season playing nobodies. That's what the " bleeders" we're trying to point out to some of you.

We had glaring deficiencies that were not going to get better as we play stiffer competition. Those deficiencies were going to create serious headwinds for us when we started playing actual good teams, which we haven't even done yet.

It's the latest fad of these "leaders".... to say "it's on me" when things go bad so that everyone else have nothing else to say. It is another way of saying "so now what are you going to do about it...huh?".
