I prefer a run like we had in the mid 80s to mid 90s. We had 9-10 win teams and beat their asses 11 outta 12 years. Precedent is there, Elko is recruiting to the level that history could repeat itself!

Yeah, and the Big Cigars never cared about bowl game wins or AP rankings, so we never did jack. And Jimbo recruited pretty well as well...

It's an odd question. When Alabama was having their incredible championship runs with Nick Saban, the Crimson Tide had success beating Auburn and Georgia and everybody else in the SEC.

Beating your rival kind of takes of itself when you are winning the conference.
