Guys, at times it wasn't pretty, but a win is a win (by four touchdowns)

Would you rather be Oregon or Oklahoma? Both were top 11-ranked schools last week now looking on the outside of a playoff spot.

OSU hasn't beaten an FBS school in three years; many prognosticators had penciled them as national championship contenders at the beginning of the year. UM should have lost to a mid-major WMU school a week ago and will lose at least three conference games.

These are 17-23 men (though paid) aren't professional football players.

ASU has the largest student enrolment in the nation (we're second) and has as many of large potential affluent donors as we do (without oil wells).

I'd go as far as to say that I'd like to see their quarterback and offensive coordinator with our offense and our players than Reed, but it is what it is.

It's college football and enjoy (or hate) the ride, it'll be a rollercoaster. Just root for the Aggies.

Apples and oranges on enrollment numbers. Tempe campus is 51k, give or take, while CS campus is 74k.
ASU claims 158k total fall enrollment with 87k online or "digital immersion" students with the remainder scattered across 5 campus locations.

Tceh offense not good so far, devils win that league if they beat the bicycle riders and sand tards.

But both of those are road games so who knows…..,

First rule, never read an R post if it's more than one sentence.

Az St is decent … maybe even good but there are numerous teams in the B12 that fit that description . I see at least five teams that could win it . It's gonna be a wild season in that conference imo with numerous reshuffles along the way likely. My favorite right now is… cougar high. Wouldn't sleep on the bicycle riders , sand tards, sun satans, Fightin' kleins , psycho clones, desert swarm, okie light , suckstobu, or almost heaven either . How's that for not using any real mascot names … for an old guy anyway?

ASU offensive playcalling was garbage dude. Lots of horizontal passing. Even though our offense didn't dominate it won the game. Didn't kill us

Big 16 is completely up for grabs. For all we know, UCF, Cincinnati, or West Virginia could do work in conference play and take it all.

Yea, ASU is a joke. It has become a primarily online college. A&M needs to stop increasing enrollment and NOT follow in the footsteps of ASU. There are more important things for a University than having a massive alumni to donate money. Focus on academics for awhile and NOT student body growth.
