I didn't see anybody mention this, but the yell leaders really cleaned up their act. It looked way way better. No dancing around whatsoever

They need to be replaced with cheerleaders. I cringe every time the camera focuses on them.
Midnight yell was somewhat toned down too. Gives me hope that we're gradually decreasing their role/visibility.

If we're going to have the gay looking yell leaders, we need to also have hot female cheerleaders. And we've needed to break up the corps block for 30 years. It absolutely destroys our national image on TV. It's extremely puzzling that these things haven't happened yet.

Yes, it's ruined our image so much that we're the largest university in the country (not that this is a good thing) and one of the most recognized schools in the country. Average attendance at the games last year was well over 105,000.

In all seriousness I don't think it's a fair representation of the school to show the corps all the time when they are such a small % of the student body. Don't think the tv people will stop until the block is done away with. Also I think it would be nice to have them sit with the rest of the students since they are in fact also students.
Good looking women on the sideline I hope wouldn't require me to explain.

They are unique and a big part of what makes A&M different than other schools, that's why they are shown on tv.
You disband them, the camera men will still seek them out and show them.
I may be wrong but I don't think they did a single yell in the 2nd half. Definitely not in the 4th quarter

I am pretty sure that their time to lead yells is as pre-planned as the rest of the in stadium experience. The special groups that get recognized, the times the band gets to play most of a song, the yells, etc. are all on a schedule based on the TV time outs. It would be interesting to study this over a few games to see if there is much deviation.
