Tickets gone from Google Wallet

Has anyone else had this happen? I checked our tickets yesterday in Google Wallet, and it showed Missouri State. I checked them again this morning, and it now shows Arizona State. I looked in my 12th Man account, and the Missouri St tickets are there, so I tried adding them again, and it just went right back to the Arizona St tickets. Of course, the 12th Man isn't open till this afternoon to try to find out what is going on.

So, I checked mine after seeing your post and had the same thing happen with my wallet, but going back and adding Missouri State solved it for me at least for now.

Try what twk suggested then check in with TMF where you will have fewer and fewer international students answering support lines?

I wonder if all of our physics and ee RAs speak English now, too???

My opening line when I was a TA was "I speak English" which usually got me a small round of applause.

To the wallet point, just make sure you fix it before you get close to the stadium because you won't be able to do anything after that.

I know it's the world we live in but I hate that all tickets are digital.

We live in a time where adults about 50 and over didn't grow up with a phone in their hand. So the process of doing everything digital is still difficult for some especially the elderly.
I know my 72 year old dad struggles with it, he went to volleyball game last week and I had to walk him step by step how to access his ticket.

I agree with you. Nothing to take back home as a souvenir, everything goes poof the moment the event is done.

50-60 year olds are okay. The issue is for 60+ people.

I'm aware of this issue.

It's the new AI system they just implemented. It hallucinated your tickets away.

It varies widely. I am 76 and have no problems with my phone, IPad, Wifi, printer or Smart TV. My husband is 78 and he is very smart, but totally inept when it comes to technology.

Not trying to completely derail the thread, but I worked the NW tower yesterday with my high school club and we had very few issues with tickets yesterday. I was quite surprised with it being the first game.

If anyone had major issues, be sure to call the ticket office sometime next week to work the issue out instead of hoping it miraculously works itself out before you walk to get your ticket scanned early next Saturday.

Do you have to add the tickets to Google wallet? Can't you scan them directly from the 12th Man app?
Jarrin Jay

You can scan direct from the app. However, when you save to Apple Wallet or Google wallet the tix are saved on your phone. So even if you don't have cell service you can still pull up the ticket and have it scanned. High density can cause issues with cell service. Always preferable to save the tickets to your digital wallet. Also if the app is glitchy you avoid that as well.

Agree there should be material tickets In hand for each owner. That's the only way they know what they can sell off.

It looks our tickets will automatically repopulate the next game tix and parking pass in Apple Wallet. If you want to transfer them you just go to 12th Man app and transfer just like previous.

Az State tix and parking pass were in my Apple Wallet this am and I transferred them to my son with the 12th Man app.

This app sucks. My tix were there, 5 minutes later it says nothing there. Try again later.

What a mess....

I think that's the biggest problem. People can't see future tickets. They're just being told to trust the technology and the tickets will show up later. Those of us that have been screwed by technology in the past have trust issues, especially when the terms and conditions of all these apps absolve them from any responsibility related to their screw-ups.
