I've been hearing about these game day suites. They look really nice. Anyone have more insight? I guess you own them or do you lease them? They year round or just for football season?

These are not for us "little to no money Ags". HTH. These are for the Ags that don't want to be around us and the other tailgaters in their cut off jean shorts, boots and midriff tshirts and cowboy hats. And those who want to tailgate in AC and not have to use a portopotty. Not just becasue a portopotty is nasty and gross, but because they are the kind of people who's poop don't stink, but they don't have too poop or pee. Notice these don't have restrooms?

It will be off Villa Maria and 47. A shuttle will take you to and from Kyle Field.

More like 5-6 miles...but I get your point
And the drive to/from the stadium from that side of town isn't terrible on game days. Certainly not any worse than coming from the south (Wellborn, etc.)

Agree that it's not in most people's price range for the location and amenities. It will be interesting to see how this pans out due to these limitations. But if you own a house in Traditions (where it actually might be in your price range) but can't or don't want to host a bunch of people on game days, here's a spot right next door for you to do it.

Also saw a reply from Gabe recently that folks can maybe treat it as an office space (I think?) and host events for their clients. Not sure what appetite there is for that kind of thing in CS, but I guess we'll see.

Good investment if it had a bedroom, not sure I see any big money ags wanting to leave their current tailgate spot and move 10 miles away? Looks cool but I am not seeing the value prop

They look bad ass but prices at 3X what they are worth. If successful it will generate $17 million on a 250k lot and 4-5 million in construction costs. It's a joke

This concept of industrial warehouse rooms with optional Aggie-themed accoutrements is the Aggie version of "The Emperor's New Clothes.

Are you kidding me? Now I can invite my boys and business friends to drive out in the middle of nowhere to get tanked on a random Tuesday night in a luxury garage for networking purposes only to have to drive home or back to a hotel afterwards.
