"A Fanatics Experience."

Placed an order on May 13th for a couple new hats for the Summer. Should have been eligible for free shipping, but the code wouldn't apply, whatever. Paid for shipping.

Original delivery estimate was by May 20th. When I tracked the order, it still said "Processing" for over a week.

New delivery estimate was by May 22nd.

Finally moved to "Shipped" today, with estimated delivery by May 28th. If they actually arrive, that will be 2 weeks when I paid full price for 3-8 days shipping.

I've ordered hats from Fanatics before w/ no issues and delivery was usually faster than the estimate. Apparently there's some huge delay when you order through the "Official 12th Man Shop."

Just a warning.

They are letting Fanatics do their stocking when demand drops lower and Fanatics orders when they have enough to make money???

I've recently had multiple Amazon and WalMart orders get cancelled for no reason at all days after making them. It's not just 12th Man Shop. You may have noticed gas prices affecting a lot of things lately...

Maybe so. Might be taking longer to combine routes.

this. i truly don't understand how that garbage ass company has cornered so much of the sports apparel market.

FYI if you have a fanatics gift code or coupon code, it only applies if you are shopping through fanatics.com. They do not work on team or league sites "powered by" fanatics. I learned that the hard way when I tried to use a fanatics gift card on mlbshop.

Unfortunately, shipping does not take into account the amount of time the warehouse or whatever takes to actually pull your order and get it ready to ship. It's not just the 12th Man Shop, but a lot of vendors, I noticed taking several days to take an order confirmation and finally box up the items to be ready for shipping.

It's a first world problem, for sure, but it still sucks to spend the extra money for expedited shipping only to have that expedition be thwarted by long processing times.
