Surprised they scheduled a home series for baseball the same weekend. You would think they would have requested to not have a home series that weekend

lol you people are insane for thinking your 12th man donations should have got you Savannah Banana tickets.

wrong. That's the whole point of the bananas and how they do things….theres a lottery and everyone gets the same chance at getting tickets….they charge anywhere from $30 - $60 a ticket depending on the venue and any other prices you see are after market people selling their own tickets….AGDAD14 said:TecRecAg said:

Some may think if they were asked to help build a facility and significantly donate annually to operate and maintain the facility out of their generosity, then they might be given the courtesy of preference to at least significant events. It's just simple Aggie respect. One of those traditional Aggie values that some think are eroding.

I'm so confused by these statements (not tecrec's, but the one he was responding too). 12th man donors were given a priority ticket access allotment for select areas. Now, was it enough for EVERY donor to get tickets? No. But those who have donated more or for longer got tickets. If you want a chance to get first dibs, put more money out there.
Private events that aren't related to Aggie sports don't have to bow down to the Aggies masses.
The biggest game in Banana Ball history deserves an epic photo dump. Thank you to everyone who showed up and showed out last night at Kyle Field. We’re so grateful for all 102,000 of you🫶 pic.twitter.com/8584Pn0COC

Agreed, as an Aggie grad that has given plenty of money to the university why was I entering my info in hopes I get picked…madness
Because it is an incredibly popular event and there are only so many seats. It's not rocket science.
And if I remember correctly, the Bananas handle their ticket sales, not the 12th Man, so it really doesn't matter how much money you have donated.
Words can’t describe the feeling of seeing 102,000 fans come together last night.@TAMU and Banana Nation, thank you…you made dreams come true for myself, @TheSavBananas and @TXTailgaters pic.twitter.com/MMEzw4XrzA

How....embarrassing....
To show up, pay money.....wonder how many people that went to that are beothcing about high gas prices????
Just goes to show, PT Barnum is dead on.....even in this day and age....
It's envy trolling. Can't get five people to show up for his birthday party which is obviously the fault of the Savannah Bananas for stimulating excessive demand for their experience/product..,TXAG 05 said:Come Out Roll said:

Went to the game. Had fun. Don't need to do it again.
Some of the players made some really good plays, but most of the crowd missed it because they were watching the mascot do something or having a little karaoke session.
It was an ADD kid's wet dream. Something going on everywhere all the time with hit songs playing non-stop.
Only complaint was that I missed all of the pre- and post-game activities. Since I'm old and not glued to my phone and social media at all hours of the day, I missed to stuff they did outside of the stadium before and after the game. No real schedule of events or map on their website to help plan.
Overall a good time. I'd recommend for everyone to see them once.

Recent history has shown that the university has been leaving money on the table. Kyle Field sells out for banana ball, international soccer, and country music concert. I'm glad we're finally putting Kyle to use in the offseason and generating revenue.
