Yep,

It would have been nice to get selected. Over $100 a ticket for seats on the opposite side of Kyle is stupid. $400 for decent seats is craptacular.

The First Ever Banana Ball Pop Up Game That's right, we're playing a game TONIGHT at Navasota High School in Navasota, TX.

Now open to fans, this game will be first come, first served. The first 1,000 fans will get entry into the game. Once capacity has been hit, all parking lots will close and no other fans will be able to enter. But the fantastic BTV crew will be broadcasting live at 7pm CT on the Banana Ball YouTube channel for free.

The most expensive ticket was $250. These tickets and other face value tickets as low as $40 are available through the SB marketplace right now.

I got in but my seats definitely stink. I'll have to rely on watching the two little video boards. That is my main complaint about Kyle Field, the scoreboards on the north side are too small.

Because it is an incredibly popular event and there are only so many seats. It's not rocket science.

And if I remember correctly, the Bananas handle their ticket sales, not the 12th Man, so it really doesn't matter how much money you have donated.

My best friend and I had planned on going to the Auburn vs. Texas A&M baseball game tomorrow, but we ended up backing out because of the insane hotel prices. That's happening because this weekend stacked multiple highdraw events on top of each other in College Station. You've got Banana Ball at Kyle Field on Saturday bringing tens of thousands of outoftown fans, a home SEC baseball series vs. Auburn all weekend, and a home softball series vs. Oklahoma wrapping up, plus other city events like the Show 'Em Off Car & Bike Show at Lincoln Recreation Center. That's multiple fan bases, teams, families, and staff all competing for a limited number of hotel rooms at the same time, so the price surge is straight supply and demand.
