By the committees own metrics Tech should have been the lowest ranked/seeded 1 loss team, but they didn't apply the metrics, instead they saw 11-1, blowout wins and a conference title. 11-1 vs a weak schedule and joke non-con, blowout wins over terrible teams, and beating BYU in conf. Title game, a byu team probably about as good as UT, State or Kentucky IMHO.

Let's be clear. The Committee and media tried to prop up the Big12 to keep this notion of a "power 4." They didn't want to admit that consolidation of power is happening in the Big10 and SEC.

My gosh Lanning! You are 0-3 on 4th down. You are up 13. You can punt it to tech and force them to have a long drive to score. Which they have not shown any sign they can. And you decide to run your head up against a brick wall again.
