Say what you want about the Ags but they definitely belonged in the playoff field.

Tulane and JMU definitely did not. Their games have been awful.

I was a Reed fan through the year but his last 2.5 games (excl Samford) were awful. You can't beat much with Qb play like that.

And Klein should have not been coaching once he accepted other job, IMO.

I mean they do, but not in this set up.

I'd love to see a miracle team but if youre a miracle team then play a couple or few games before having a shot at any of the real teams

I'm sure if Miami was playing them up by 30 before half they would let them score too. Probably feel sorry for them.

8 teams that's it.

Realistically, I think OSU/GA/IU are only teams that could win this year. And most likely OSU or GA.

It is a legitimate discussion as to how the Ags had a better resume than Ole Miss and Oregon.

Things would be VERY different if we had a cupcake playoff game and Moss didnt get injured again but instead has another 11 days to get better against real competition

Tulane and JMU were objectively worse than almost any other at large team they supplanted, but everyone agreed to the rules that saw them there.

Amusingly Notre Dame thought it couldn't be hurt anymore this season once the Irish took their ball and went home, but I think A&M and Miami dinged them one more time today.

Its not supposed to be a persons opinion. That's the human element a lot of folks want taken out of the selection process. It needs to play out on the field. Yeah these 2 games suck. Oregon vs Vandy and Ole Miss vs ND would have been much better.

I said on an earlier thread--Reed is by the worst QB in the CFP-and its not even close.

Tulane and JMU QBs both have better mechanics, better footwork, better release. Even the 2nd string Ole Miss qb is better.
