I think so. We just needed Marcel to be a game manager QB out there to win today. His performance was rough all day

Mond was way more accurate than Reed.
100%. Mond was a game manager with decent wheels and solid arm strength. The wind wouldn't have affected Mond like Reed.

Mond had the same fatal flaw that Reed does; there's a good version and a bad version and you never know which one is going to show up. Mond at least figured it out in 2020

Mond as a Junior = Reed as a RS sophomore. Look at the stats. They are dang near identical.
Next year will suck. 9-4 to 8-5 is our ceiling. The following year we will contend again.

Because he doesn't turn the ball over, he's actually accurate on short to medium passes, and he knows when to run.
