If Marcel has a big game in a win in Austin, he has a decent chance to pass everyone up.

If Mendoza leads Indiana to an undefeated season and a win over Ohio State in the championship game then it's hard to be too broken up about him winning it.

The likely scenario though is that he doesn't look very hesiman like against the OSU defense and that will prevent him from winning the hesiman.

As noted, if Marcel balls out against tu and Bama he'll have a really good shot at winning it. He has a game winning throw against ND on the road and the biggest comeback in SEC history on his Heisman moments list right now. No one else really has a resume like that right now. One more really big time game from him in a win and I think the national narrative will shift on his favor.

Sayin doesn't have much of a chance in my mind because they haven't really played in a competitive game all year.
