Underrated play

Right before the half, right after Marcel threw that second pick. About 20 seconds left in the half. Sellers drops back and hits a TE in the flat with no one around him. Taurean came up and made a great open field tackle. That guy gets in the end zone, it's 34-3.

It's the little plays that sometimes make the most noise.

There are no underrated plays in this game. Every play we made was the play that won the game, because every play had to be made for us to win that game.

I was thinking about one of the 4th down plays in the 3rd quarter where Reed throws a pass to #2. It wasn't a great pass, but Bussey made a great clutch catch to move the chains.

Yea the way the day was going with all our dropped passes and bad throws, I thought for sure that was going to be another drop. I don't think we win if we don't convert that.

Thank goodness he tripped him with his legs or the TE scores.

That was the play that started the comeback because TE nearly kept his feet. Next, was 4 and 12 scramble, followed by first Aggies TD long-ball. Then the DT blowing up the 4th and 1 for SC. Yes, the Bussey catch, and then the long-ball to ABR.

After this it was 30-17 with a lot of time remaining. We knew we could do it. Then Nate takes over by running over anyone around him.

I don't care what any non-Aggie says about the first half. That was truly the most wonderful Aggie game. They never quit and had to play perfect after that 2nd pick. And they did until it was 31-30

What I love most about this team is it seems like every game is a highlight real of offensive playmaking. The defense can be stellar also when you're not looking at run gap protections at least but this offense is the most exciting one I've ever seen in decades of watching Aggie football. That includes the Johnny years for me because of the supporting cast.

Reed early 2nd half (first drive of 2nd half) conversion on 4th and 12…

Without that mindset switch, the comeback never happens…

So glad he ran; he had opportunities to take off earlier but kept trying to put the ball in the hands of playmakers; which is great; but sometimes you just need to do the stuff yourself.

Everybody talks about how we "barely" won and how any one of many different plays would have resulted in a loss.

We went ahead with over 10 minutes left in the game.

We ran out the last minute.

If we had needed to score in that last minute to win, I am confident we would have.

Through mistakes and missed chip-shot field goals, we left more than 25 points on the field, and that's not counting the scores we allowed by those mistakes.

Individual fans may have thought it was "out of reach", but the Twelfth Man as a whole did not, and more importantly, the team did not.
People of integrity expect to be believed, when they're not, they let time prove them right.
