Worst play call I have ever seen. Didnt mind the direct snap, but a pass? By a freshman halfback? Please

Did he also say he would stop doing stupid **** with the game on the line?

Reed should have just kept the ball vs throwing it, while it wasn't a good play call, your QB has to make a better decision with ball security at that crucial point in the game.

That play was bad. The play calling that led to 31 second half points was good.

Klein said it was a bad call after the game. So you are venting for nothing.

Also it was the second time in the game we decided to throw the ball backwards to the other team. Nope, the first one you are thinking of was supposed to be a forward pass to the TE but the TE whiffed on a chip block on the DE and he came in and blew up the play and knocked the ball out. They could have scooped that up and won the game.

So when is he going to stop making stupid decisions? Owning them but not changing doesn't solve the issue.

It was beyond a terrible call. Smith has been great in short yardage and SC defense was tired.
Instead you put it in the hands of a freshman and throw it backwards? We were lucky they did not return for a TD.

Im guessing Klein lost confidence in the oline. This isn't the first time hes ran some crazy play at the Goal line after failing to run it in. Its the first time though his tricky play calling didnt work in these situations. The others resulted in touchdowns
IMO, he needs to hang around a year or 2 more as an OC. I dont think he has enough experience to be HC at a D1 program. But, I've been wrong before.Pichael Thompson said:
The execution was awful but I like the risks we take on offense
It's absolutely a direct correlation to the success we've had this year
We're gonna miss Klein a lot when he moves on
