When A&M left for the SEC it screwed ESPN on their investment with the longhorn network
A&M leaving killed the Big12 and ESPN new it was just a matter of time

And they never have and never will forgive A&M

Whatever the case, their tv rankings don't lie. Lots of eyeballs follow Texas football. In the state or not.

And that's the entire point why they get hype. It's nothing more than marketing.
